The smile programme

The smile programme is delivered into your business when we train your internally nominated people to become smile facilitators in a two-day workshop. Once they have successfully completed the session, they are qualified to deliver the smile workshop within your business.

Minimum number of participants needed is 6. This means it is more interactive and engaging. However the more the merrier, so join up with other teams if you can, and if you want to participate as an individual, you can join in a session with other organisations.

The workshop duration is 3 hours.

Our Smile workshop is designed for best delivery in 3 hours. However, we can make this more bespoke for specific needs such as a conference session. Please talk to us about your bespoke request.

A smile ambassador has participated in the smile workshop and is living the smile attitude.

A smile facilitator has completed the two-day facilitator programme, and is licensed to deliver the smile workshop internally through their business.

We live for in-person - it's our favourite, but we can adapt and deliver the smile workshop remotely.

Yes, you can join a smile workshop. We will include you in an open session with other like-minded people. However, to really make an impact in your organisation it's suggested doing an in-house smile workshop.

Yes, we would include you in an open workshop where you would join other like-minded individuals and organisations. We suggest you make it fun by enlisting your friends and other colleagues in a similar position to you to join us as well.
